About Me

Melanie qualified as a solicitor in 1990. She has specialised in personal injury and clinical negligence work since 1994. Melanie is a senior member of the Dutton Gregory Clinical Negligence department. As you would imagine, her caseload includes a broad spectrum of cases ranging from still birth to cerebral palsy cases resulting from injury at birth. She became a Member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel in 1996. Melanie enjoys complex, challenging cases and the reward of obtaining a good outcome for her clients.
