About Me

Emily studied Law at University of Reading, graduating in 2006, and has been working in the legal profession ever since. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2011 and joined the Clinical Negligence Department at Dutton Gregory in September 2012. Emily's experience ranges from smaller surgical injuries and dental claims to the more complicated cases involving diabetic complications leading to loss of sight and loss of limbs. She also has experience of dealing with cauda equina syndrome and more serious surgical errors. Emily has always had an interest in clinical negligence and studied medical law at university, as well as writing her dissertation on the subject. Emily is friendly and approachable and prides herself on providing a quality service to her clients making sure that everything is dealt with in English and not legal jargon.
